In 2014 Spring joined forces with Converse Coaching to deliver the successful Spring Leadership Development Programme with CSC Alliance (now DXC). ‘Steve has a practical, hands-on approach combined with a passion for performance and results. His direction, open approach and support for my development made my time working with Steve inspiring, motivating and rewarding.’ Head Of Marketing
‘After 10 months of coaching with Corine, my attitude about myself, my career and my business focus has changed markedly. As part of the Spring Leadership programme, Corine’s coaching has given me the courage to make and embrace change and to move forward by making choices that benefit me, not just looking out for everyone else. She balances this well with a focus on my business goals that are already seeing a benefit to my company. I want to emphasise that Corine does not make decisions for me but instead has helped me develop ways to deal with situations using my own knowledge and self-awareness, and she is helping me at least develop a plan or concept for what I want my career to look like moving forward. I have come to regard Corine as a valued business advisor. She is also warm and friendly and for me personally, has the perfect coaching style to maximise the sessions we have together.’ Tech Capability Team Lead

Leadership, Transition and Executive Coaching
According to a global 2011 survey by Development Dimension International (DDI), approximately two-thirds of leaders and the same proportion of HR professionals rate the effectiveness of leadership development in their company as only moderate, low, or very low. As for the existing quality of leadership, 38 percent of leaders and only 26 percent of HR professionals rate it very good or excellent. Worse, a meagre 18 percent of HR professionals believe they have the quantity and quality of leaders they’ll need over the next few years.
Leadership coaching is recognised as THE most effective way to create change and improvement in individuals and teams. Using well practised and professional coaching methods along with detailed preparation we can help you to create the positive step changes in behaviours that are required to take you or your organisation forward.
“Corine has been working for the last 18 months with two iterations of our emerging leadership programme. The programme combines traditional leadership teaching, one to one coaching, mentoring and in-work project activity.
Corine’s primary contribution has been to lead and execute the coaching element which has been widely acknowledged as the “game changer” for this learning activity (over many of the others that our delegates have experienced in their careers). Corine guided the individuals through the initial stages of emerging self-awareness to ensure that all delegates began to really develop their understanding of what they can contribute, how their decisions and behaviours can impact their daily business and how to help and encourage others to improve.
I’ve been delighted with the outcome and have renewed the programme for two further groups of emerging leaders. I would highly recommend the coaching aspect of self-development in general and Corine’s interpretation of what is useful for each individual in particular. Our first cohort of emerging leaders have ALL gone on to take wider and more involved roles in our business.”

Enabling teams to work effectively together is the greatest challenge once the training is done. Most development programmes fail when the skills learned on courses are not implemented on the ground and in particular within teams. Boards of Directors and Senior Management Teams also need to be able to work together effectively and utilise their combined skills to support each other in delivering the results required of them.
Using a structured diagnostic process and ongoing team development to deal with any underlying dysfunctions of the team we help teams fully achieve their potential. If you have teams in your organisation that are not performing the way they need to then get in touch.
